Please be announced that Arkia Advance Limited with 70% owned by Mobicon Group Limited and 30% owned by Arthur E Limited ( a private limited company 100% owned by Mr. Arthur Cheung – the Managing Director of Arkia Advance Limited ) is currently undergoing a group re-organization scheme.

Mobicon Group Limited has reached an agreement with Mr. Arthur Cheung that a new company namely “ Arkia Components Limited ” which is wholly owned by Mr. Arthur Cheung himself should be set up soon as a consequence of the group re-organization scheme.

Starting from 1st Jan 2010 onwards, Arkia Advance Limited would transfer its product lines and the existing related business like Nichicon and ISSI to Arkia Components Limited and thus Arkia Advance Limited would stop to take any New orders but only keep on fulfilling the balance backlog orders on its own until 31st March 2010.

During the transitional period, Mobicon Group Limited would provide full financial support and assume all commercial contingent liabilities anticipated by Arkia Advance Limited until completing all its own business transaction.

P.S. Effective from 1st Jan 2010, Mobicon Holdings Limited – the authorized agent of Atmel and Diodes (Zetex) would help to take over all { Atmel/Diodes (Zetex) } sales order transfer from Arkia Advance Limited because of such re-organization scheme.
